Startner

PT. Suka Bantu Orang

Startner was a digital agency that ran on automation. Think Upwork, but instead of an open crowd, clients worked with a curated set of partners: freelancers we had vetted. It ran as three platforms: one where clients brief and buy services, one where partners pick up and deliver the work, and one for the admins in the middle. It is not live any more, because the founders parted ways.

What I did

  • CTO for a team of 3 to 5 engineers, UI/UX included: product development, deployment, and talking with clients about the software they wanted built.
  • Clients platform in Laravel: browse services, send a brief, pay and follow the project.
  • Partners platform in Next.js and Go: curated freelancers get matched work, deliver it and get paid.
  • Admin platform in React: the team in the middle vets partners, assigns work and keeps every project moving.
  • Automation wherever it made sense, so the agency could run more projects without hiring more people.

Tech used

I can't share the full stack on client work, so this is only part of it.
