Serbagus
Serbagus is what EL JOHN grew into. EL JOHN runs on one company's pageants; Serbagus lets many companies run their own paid voting, event ticketing and marketplace on the same platform, each with their own events, finalists and shop. It runs on the web and in apps for iOS and Android.

What I did
- Multi-company from day one: every organiser gets their own events, votes and shop, and their data never mixes with anyone else's.
- The same battle-tested voting, ticketing and coin top-up flows from EL JOHN, reshaped so any organiser can use them.
- Production-level deployments and CI/CD across the web app and the mobile apps.
- Worked with the UI/UX designers on the flows, and pushed ideas that keep a shared platform feeling simple for each organiser.
- And I led the engineering team behind it.
