PSMTI
PSMTI (Paguyuban Sosial Marga Tionghoa Indonesia) is a nationwide social association for Chinese Indonesian clans, with chapters across the country. Its home online is one platform with two front doors: a Next.js website and a Flutter app on iOS and Android. Members read the news, find events, browse a business directory and job posts, see the gallery and donate. You can switch between the national office and the regional chapters.

What I did
- Led the team that built it, from the API all the way to the website and the app.
- A Go API (api.psmti.or.id) that serves the website and the Flutter app, so both show the same news, agenda and directory.
- The Next.js website: news with search and categories, an events agenda, a business directory with discount and job filters, careers, gallery and about pages.
- Chapter-aware content: a location picker switches between the national office and the regional chapters.
- Member accounts: sign up, sign in, profiles and referral codes, plus pages where members manage their own business profile, promotions and job posts.
- Donations and a live events page.
- Worked with the UI/UX designers on every screen, and brought ideas that made the site easier for members to find their way around.
