Tableside
Tableside is a marketplace for food made around the corner. Home cooks, small cafés and pop-ups open a limited "drop", set a pickup window and sell straight to people nearby. Buyers browse, reserve their share before the batch sells out, and only get the exact address after they pay. It runs in English and Chinese.

Screens

What I did
- One Next.js app for both sides: buyers find drops and order, kitchens publish menus and schedule pickups.
- Drops and pop-ups: plan a future date and pickup spot, or flip "I'm live now" for an instant pop-up.
- Privacy by default: home kitchens show up on the map as an approximate area, and the real address unlocks after payment.
- MEHKO permits: kitchens can upload one for review and earn a verified badge, but nobody has to wait for approval to publish.
- Explore with a map and filters (cuisine, verified only, kitchen name), plus a public page per kitchen with its menu and upcoming drops.
- Follow lists so buyers hear by email or phone when a kitchen goes live.
- UI/UX too: I designed the screens and the flows, not just the code behind them.
- DevOps: hosting, deployment and domain set up and kept running.
